2022 OKC AFTER PARTY

The After Party will commence at 7:30 in the same venue as Cannifest OKC.  We will kick off the night of celebration with a recap of the day, some shoutouts and LIVE MUSIC!

Object Heavy is Northern California’s hardest hitting Soul sensation. While based in Arcata, this cast of musical characters has made waves up and down the North Coast of California, the Pacific Northwest, and various parts of the United States

Kara Cavanaugh is a singer-songwriter based in Chicago.

Her debut album “Ain’t Gonna Run” produced by Packy Lundholm (I Fight Dragons) and Dan Moulder (Tom Schraeder & His Ego, Free Space) is a diverse collection that features her musical influences ranging from Laurel Canyon folk, powerful piano ballads, sultry R&B, and cinematic soundscapes.

With this new material, Kara is poised and excited to introduce you to a side of her yet unseen.

Barrett Tarr, AKA “Kid Lennon”, quickly made his way into the hip-hop scene shortly after high school by building a buzz in the open mic circuit in Oklahoma City. After releasing the Blue Peace EP in 2016, Kid gained the attention of Shaquille O’ Neil with his performance of the song “Hippy Kid” at an open mic night. This landed Barrett “Kid Lennon” Tarr on TMZ, Complex, and a number of other national media outlets. Kid Lennon rode this momentum for a while and was able to open for artists like Lil Wayne, Migos, Lil Uzi, Ludacris, and Bone Thugs n Harmony, as well as gain a top 40 spot on the surrounding OKC radio stations.

Nowadays Kid Lennon has created a group called Young Hippy Kids (YHK) consisting of artists, musicians, and activists. If interested in joining the YHK community feel free to follow and interact! @Kid_Lennon

Special note from Kid Lennon: “Everyone who listens to my music is part of a greater cause knowingly or unknowingly. When I started making music I made a promise to use it for a purpose. The purpose I chose was Peace. As I continue working towards entertaining and informing the world, I ask that you all do the same in your own way. Be you. Be great. Be more. Much love to you all.”
